等閒柳岸弄吳蕭，吹落殘梅過野橋。

飲馬新河尋古榭，彰台遺址問前樵。

 

Seeking Spring Spirit by Meng Chaogang

 

At the willow-lined shore, the Wu flutes idly blow,

O’er the rural bridge, lingering plum blooms scatter.

An old arbour I seek, around new Yin Ma Flow,

For th‘ relic, with ancient woodsmen I’d fain chatter.
