七绝·秋怯 - 孟朝岗

 

片片落红伤别愁，满塘斜苇怯搔头。

柳梢尤惧流光远，欲挽秋风系月钩。

 

Leaf by leaf, petal by petal, in parting sob,

A pondful of reeds tremble with slanting bob.

The willows twigs fear time is on its fleeting feet,

Tying the wind to the lunar hook, wow, they lob.
