老而不歇是一惑，安而不乐是二惑。
闲而不清是三惑，三者之惑自戕贼。

 

Three Follies by Shao Yong (Soong Dynasty)

 

So old, yet not retired to rest,

Retired, but still not truly blest,

Blest, with idleness obsessed,

Each one a self-bred folly-pest.
