一笑无秦帝，飘然向海东。

谁能排大难？不屑计奇功。

古戍三秋雁，高台万木风。

从来天下士，只在布衣中。

(Lu Lian Terrace)

 

A smile, from him, had wrecked the lord of Qin,

He roamed towards the eastern sea like air.

Who’d, like him, rid the weightiest affair,

Yet shrugging off any laudable pin?

Above the ancient outposts, wild geese soar,

Upon the high terrace, trees in winds sway.

The heroes of the world, O I dare say,

Amongst the commoners, sith days of yore,
