key notes:

Knee speed is the key, quickly pull the knees to the chest

Flip turn

when the front arm almost reach the wall, turn, otherwise too early

gradually blow air out from nose. 

20240910 6pm 吃晚饭，9-10点参见了泳团训练。我练完flip turn就恶心要吐。在水里还好，就是一出来就恶心。我是爱晕车的人，是不是我的体质不适合flip turn。我打算放弃flip turn了。就是大家都练，我不练，不太好意思
