急难成效， 事缓则圆。

Haste breeds stress, which blocks success,

Slow, yet steady, makes perfect progress.

 

In other words, too hasty to be an ace, slow and steady wins the race... or too hasty to ace the game, slow and steady wins the fame...and also we can say haste engenders stress, which slows progress, whereas slow, yet steady, brings the best success."
