过去一个多月用CGM,体验总体来讲,比较挫败。感觉血糖仪到第二周,比第一周要高很多。下定决心要和医生要求糖耐受实验,要是异常就去找营养师,好好再把营养学研究一下。今天学的这篇文章里,把100个老年糖尿病患者随机分组到强化生活方式改善和生活方式教育组, 然后检测一年以后HgbA1c的改善。当然是强化组胜出了。把几个要点讲讲:
–现在这样的实验,需要用GLP-1 agonist ozempic来做对照了
–强化训练组在现实中很难做到:每周训练90分钟,每周3次,安排得非常合理。营养学,行为学的辅导是每1-2周一次,要保持饮食记录的-Food diaries。想想food diaries我就头大,要一年每天都记录,我都想去每周扎一针了。
–测血糖方面的,除了血糖,测胰岛素也挺重要,提到了HOMA-IR, insulin secretion
