这年头,不良商家似乎越来越多,让人吃什么都不安心。连简简单单的豆芽,都被一些黑作坊乱加添加剂,发成了毒豆芽。所以自己在家发豆芽又开始流行起来。
发豆芽的方子看过很多,我却从来都没有试过~~~总是觉得麻烦。上月在电视上看到一个方子似乎不错,正好刚买回一些绿豆,马上就行动起来~~~没想到一试就成功!于是六月的每个周末我都有绿豆芽吃,新鲜又爽口,真是很喜欢呢!今天写个帖子来跟大家分享一下:)
懒得码字,还是把视频先找来,大家自己看,我就只贴图并做些简单说明:

嗨,不就一把豆子吗,咱烫!
上周日晚上倒开水之前俺称了一下,这是50克绿豆:)

开水倒进去泡了4小时左右,然后用冷水洗了一下倒入一个大碗,盖上一张打湿的厨纸,再盖一块新毛巾(不能沾油腥)。怕豆芽需要呼吸我先用蒸东西的隔子放上再压上两个比较重的碗,然后用个纸箱子扣上遮光:

咦,24小时之后打开,还真发芽啦!

电视里是早晚各淘洗一次,俺偷懒就只做一次~~~晚饭后洗完碗顺手拿出来淘洗一下再放回去,大约5分钟就够了,偶尔忘了,就第二天早上洗:)

豆芽做法很简单,正好花坛边的韭菜疯长,辣椒蒜末呛一下锅清炒:

可能有朋友会问~~~能不能发黄豆芽?赫,我也喜欢黄豆芽,自然也想自己能发。不过是试验了两次都失败了:一次也用开水烫,结果显然给烫死啦!第二次用温水泡了一夜,其它跟上面的方法一样~~~可是只有寥寥几颗豆子发了芽,五天后还是细细的,而且其它没发芽的的都臭了!
只好还是买来吃:

給嫌太素的朋友来一碗烩菜~~~慢炖锅炖好骨头汤后,把骨头上拆下来的肉,加豆腐烩成麻辣口味。中午带饭很棒!
豆豉不难,黄豆找不到好的就不出芽:)

花生芽,还是第一次听说呢!
也有可能是转基因的花生~~~黄豆也不出芽.
这样室温下的物理接触也会有问题吗?不太懂耶~~~不过还是要谢谢你!
我最近听说花生芽比绿豆芽更有营养,试着发了,可是没有发出来,是花生的问题,估计是经过了消毒杀菌就发不出来了,您也可以试试。哈哈!
