这款排骨的卖点是用电高压锅。做法非常简单,可以供上班族参考~~味道还可以根据自己家的口味调整。
排骨的前期处理一般都是焯水。俺这不是减肥吗,总想着如何减少些油脂。所以就放在平底不粘锅里中火煎一下,逼出多余的油脂:

然后放入电锅,加入姜,大料,花椒等你喜欢的香料;再加冰片红糖半块(或白糖冰糖适量,喜欢甜就多放点);几勺料酒,一瓶啤酒;最后是调味的生抽半杯增色的老抽一勺~~~这里可以自由发挥,豆腐乳,红糟,豆瓣酱,甜面酱等等,总之喜欢啥加啥:)

根据你的高压锅选择合适的烹调时间~~~我的是25分钟。等压力自然消失再倒入炒菜锅大火收汁。冰箱里还有一个苦瓜,切成大块放入,几分钟就好了:

那天请客,烧的是糖醋口味~~~除了上面的调料,还加了大半杯醋,糖也略多些。收汁的时候可尝尝味道,喜欢酸点的可再加一勺醋或其它调料:

如果没有高压锅,大火烧开后改小火炖一个小时再收汁也一样。或者用铸铁锅进烤箱烤一小时。
最后再上一个以前做的著名的‘翠花排骨’:
糖醋排骨的热量大约是350大卡/100克,算是比较高的。前面的梅花小碟里就是100克的量。配上100克的米饭,300克的蔬菜,就是一顿美味又健康的午餐了!顺便上几个俺配这类大肉的蔬菜给大家参考吧:

最后分享刚看到的一个非常简单的,维持期所需卡路里的算法:体重 X 12
对俺来说,只要每天不超过1600,就能维持在135磅左右~~~这就是可以放心吃点零食或者偶尔放纵一下也不会恶性反弹的理论基础啦!
