I am not sure about the benefits of practicing Yoga everyday, but I am sure if I did not do it, things would be a lot worse. I guess that maintaining what I can do is good enough. Namaste!
P.S. Changing the stories that I have been telling myself for year has just happened. I consider that it is a good thing. It is very mind openning. What if I was wrong about the things over the years or what if the stories were very different. I am grateful that I can see things differently. It is very healing and heart openning. I am so grateful for good friends and this kind of life-changing conversations.It is a process and a very meaningful journey. I am so glad that I am on it now.
