春风 – 袁枚

 

春风如贵客，一到便繁华。

来扫千山雪，归留万国花。

 

Spring Breeze by Yuan Mei

 

Spring breeze, as if a guest of status high,

Brings forth vibrancy when it doth arrive.

It sweeps snow off myriad hills, far and nigh,

As it departs, still many blossoms thrive.
