Albeit Tortoises live long

 

Divine turtles live long,

Yet will bid life good-bye.

Winged snakes in haze ride high,

Yet will turn to dust-throng.

To old steeds barns belong,

But their will ne’er will die.

Brave men's prime time gone by,

Yet their minds are still strong.

Life long or short could be,

Which heaven controls not,

Should one keep fit and well.

To a long life fate'd see,

O so much blessed I've got,

I sing while my guts swell.
