Apple Crumble Pie
Crust:
• 1 pie shell, 9-inch bake pan
Filling:
• 6 cups peeled apple slices
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
Topping:
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1~2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation:
•Mix the filling ingredients. Fill pie shell.
•Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle the topping over top of pie.
•Bake at 385, covered with aluminum foil for 40 minutes. Take off aluminum foil and bake another 5 minutes, until apples are tender and topping is browned.
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Butter: 3/4 cup Flour: 2 cups
White sugar: 1/2 cup Baking soda: 1 tsps
Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup Salt: 1/4 tsps
Vanilla: 1/2 tbsps (optional) Chocolate Chips: 2 cups
Egg: 1 Walnuts: 2 cups (optional)
Steps:
- Heat over to 375
- In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Shape the cookies, 2 inches apart.
- Bake 11~13 nimutes or untile light golden brown (centers will be soft). Cool 1~2 minutes. Remove cookies to wire rack.
