端午节做粽子剩了不少红豆和蜜枣,灵机一动,把红豆和蜜枣做成豆馅儿,香甜又健康。又用牛奶发了面,把红豆饼煎着吃,
一口咬下去酥香酥香的,而红豆馅则是真才实料,配上蜜枣,不需要放糖就很香甜了。

原料:15个红豆饼
中筋面粉:500g
发酵粉:一大勺 牛奶:300g
红豆馅:900g
1)先用牛奶和发酵粉活成一个中等硬度的面团。

2)包红豆馅儿

3)包好后刷点水沾白芝麻

4)上锅煎
