它制作简单,只分干料和湿料。把两料一混就可以上炉烤了。
预热烤箱F400度;
干料:1又1/2杯 面粉,1杯燕麦片,1/2杯糖,1茶匙baking soder, 2茶匙baking powder,1/2茶匙盐。
湿料:1个鸡蛋,3/4杯牛奶,1/3杯椰子油(色拉油),两个大(或三个小)熟透的香蕉打的泥。
各自混好后,再将干料和湿料混合均匀。
400F烤18至20分钟。
