Buffalo Wing

我家妹妹的最爱,终于有了这个方子,赶快记下来!

食材:

16-18 wings
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (我个人觉得哪一种辣椒酱都可以)
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

做法:

首先腌渍鸡肉
Create a marinade by stirring together the melted butter, hot pepper sauce, paprika, salt,  and black pepper in a large bowl. Remove 2 tablespoons of the marinade and set aside (you will use to coat the wings after they come out of the airflyer ).

Marinate the wings:
Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat all of the wings with the marinade. Let the chicken wings marinate at room temperature for at least half an hour.

用空气炸锅炸鸡翅膀
Remove the wings from the marinade (discard the marinade) and place them on the rack of an air flyer. 390F  for about 6 minutes on each side, then 300 F for about 12 minutes. After flipping the wings, 360 F for another 3 minutes.

Remove the chicken wings from the airflyer and mix with the 2 tablespoons of reserved marinade (not the marinade that was in contact with the raw chicken).
