蟹肉蘿蔔湯
I got the leftover 蘿蔔, so I made this with crab meat, it’s very simple, just put 蘿蔔 into water, boil it for 10 minutes add crab meat in add salt to taste. 蘿蔔was very 鮮甜.
Red, yellow, orange pepper 1 each, 1 small yellow onion, 3 pieces canned pineapple, 1 green hot pepper, 1 can stew mushroom.
Clean and cut peppers, pineapple, onion cut into 1 inch size, put a side.
Sauce: soy sauce, salt, sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch, water, mix together put a side.
Put oil in the hot wok, brown onion for 2 minutes , put peppers stir fried for few minutes, add pineapple and stew mushroom add sauce make a quick stir, ready to serve.
