蜜汁銀魚干


自己做銀魚干好吃,干淨,又不難做,這是我第2次做了.方子是毛毛头教做的,在這里謝謝毛毛头~~~

1 ,先下蜂蜜1调羹,接着酱油若干(用量主要看你要做多少),小火,煮到这个汁开,上面可以看到很多泡泡;这个时候,下蒜蓉,不停的搅拌一下
2 ,2分钟以后,可以闻到蒜蓉的味道出来了;可以放入小鱼翻炒一下,注意一定要小火,不停翻动,不让他们炒焦了!
3 ,炒个2分钟;放入芝麻油,翻炒,接着放入,绿色尖头辣椒(切成条状), 这时候,一定要试试看味道;一般5分钟以后熄火可以了。让辣椒自然吸收里面的汁。 (爱吃辣椒的可以在这个时间放入 韩国辣椒粉) 熄火以后,芝麻捣碎。浇上。装在保鲜盒子里面,冰箱保存;要吃的时候取出即可。

橙汁藕片

這個橙汁藕片是從” 生活七味”那里學的,需然她沒說做法,但覺得不難做就試做了.

材料: 藕片, 濃縮橙汁

把藕片用滾水煮一分鍾,拿起放在冰水里浸至冷(這樣藕片才會脆,)瀝干,放在濃縮橙汁里過夜(放在冰箱),第二天就可以吃了,有很香的橙味.是爬梯的好幫手.

照燒雞汁的方子是朋友給我的.

材料: 一杯萬字醬油, 一杯糖, 一條蔥, 幾片薑, 一粒蒜頭(拍扁)2大勾麻油

把所有材料放在鍋里,中火煮至稠即成.
