有時早餐不知吃什么,又想做些不同吃的給公公,記得看過一個blog是用浸蛋冷飯和菜做成的,試下做看看公公喜不歡喜歡吃,他說 "it's different".

浸(poached)蛋冷飯

材料: 雞蛋 冷飯 秋葵 菜精 水
煲大熱水(before boiling) 打雞蛋下熱水,小火浸二 三 分鐘,在另一個煲把水煮滾下菜精,秋葵,冷飯,滾一下,然后放在碗里,把蛋拿起放在飯上面即成.

火腿蛋綠茶面包

材料: 火腿 蛋 北海道綠茶面包
火腿做成小碗,把雞蛋放入火腿做成小碗里,用350F焗15分鐘即成,北海道綠茶面包以前做過了 (是用波子的方子做的)今次加了1湯匙綠茶粉.這面包有好香濃的綠茶味.

蠔油牛肉

孩子小的時候時常做這個菜給她們吃的.現住已很小做了.
材料: 牛肉, 薑 蔥 甜椒
醃料: 生抽 老抽 糖 豆粉 水 油
醬汁: 蠔油 生抽 老抽 豆粉 水
把牛肉切片 用醃料醃一小時,熱鑊下油 薑 蔥炒香,下牛肉炒至7成熟,下甜椒炒到8成熟,下醬汁炒幾下即成.(牛肉可以不炒到十分熟).

麵豉炆豬頸肉

這個菜就更筒單了. 這也是小時候常吃的菜,現在5年都不吃一次.
材料: 麵豉 豬頸肉 片糖 薑 油 水
熱鑊下油,下薑炒香,下麵豉 片糖 豬頸肉炒到半熟,下水蓋蓋,轉小火炆大的一小時,那時候豬頸肉就會出很多油,把油去掉就可似食了.

咖哩蕃薯豬肉

講真的下次去日本都不用吃什么咖哩飯了,在家煮方便又好吃.
材料: 豬肉 日本蕃薯 水 四塊日本咖哩 (一合有8塊) 鹽 油
熱鑊下油,下豬肉炒幾分鐘,下蕃薯再炒幾又,下水和咖哩,(大約2杯水)如果太濃就要加多些水滾了轉小火煮大約20分鐘,大鹽調來即成.

很有心的法國朋友,來探我也帶罐蝸牛給我,真開心又過意不去,在這里要多謝她.

法國蝸牛

材料: 罐頭法國蝸牛 牛油 意大利芫茜 蒜頭
把罐頭打開放蝸牛在殼里,( 意大利芫茜 蒜頭切碎和牛油一起用筷子攪伴)然后把它放進蝸牛里用350F焗20分鐘即成.

茴香椰菜沙拉

材料: 茴香葉 椰菜 沙拉醬 萍果醋
茴香葉切碎 椰菜切條,洗淨瀝干,放沙拉醬 萍果醋攪勻即成,茴香葉很好吃又香.

蕃茄煮雞蛋

這個菜是送給安娜睛天的,她很容易滿足呀~~
材料: 蕃茄 雞蛋打較 薑 蔥 糖 鹽
熱鑊下油,把薑炒香,把雞下鑊炒至半熟,拿起放在一旁,原鑊下蕃茄,糖 鹽,(用鑊產壓一半番茄成汁蓋蓋子煮8分鐘把蛋放回鑊,下蔥調味即成.
