木薯在马来西亚很便宜..是做糕的好东西.. 前天在菜市场看见一点新鲜的木薯.. 买了回来做喜欢的木薯糕!
木薯削皮, 洗干净磨成茸.. (这个又没有照到.. 因为相机在充电)
木薯茸稍微挤掉一点汁液.. 因为木薯汁带涩.

加入两只鸡蛋, 椰蓉两汤匙.. (刚刚挤椰奶的椰渣就可以了.)

搅拌一下, 加入小半块的牛油, 面粉一汤匙,糖适量(看吃的甜度, 一般3汤匙.)用椰糖会更香.. 颜色也比较漂亮..

再搅拌均匀.

烤盘抹上牛油..

烤箱预热, 180度烤20分钟..
