Arizona铁人三项训练日记： 140 days to go －－－一天之内感受到人性善与恶

星期六参加了Pacifica的devil’s  slide。104英里，爬升9400 ft，爬升都在后半程，风大，日晒，非常辛苦。新轮子和最近的训练，让我的长途骑车感受提高不少。两年前这个ride，我骑得非常suffer，昨天结束时候自我感觉不错。

星期天难得笃悠悠吃完早饭，看完点球大战，西班牙帅哥哭着回家，我去海边跑步。

天气比预期得热，水快喝完了，突然看到路边有个小推车，上面写着 bay trail project。原来就好像我们小时候那篇课文，驿路梨花，有人留着几桶免费的水和能量棒，给需要帮助的人，我加满了水，跑完了全程。这个小小的细节，让我一天都觉得很感动。

 

 

下午觉得很困，但是还有游泳任务，斗争了半天，还是去了gym，完成了游泳。心里很有成就感地走出来，却看到自己的车窗被打碎了，还好最值钱的roka wetsuit在还后箱盖里。

当时就觉得，我这么辛苦训练，竟然还这样的遭遇。泪水忍不住掉下来。老公来给我善后，让我回家休息。

 

回到家吃了闺蜜特意给我做的炸酱面，觉得好多了。然后收到昨天骑车偶然认识的义工给我们拍的照片，我原本不指望她会真的发给我们，没想到她还认真地都发了，还祝我和闺蜜大铁成功。

 晚上整理照片时候，又想起全家一起躺在床上看世界杯，白天那个海边小驿站，骑车同伴的笑容，老公为我挡风遮雨，闺蜜的炸酱面，不管遇到什么样的恶行，总要相信人的善良和随之带来的幸福。

做住院医生第一天，主治医生放了一段话给我看，从此铭记心中，时时想起。
