请教落花：朋友的儿子前几天去省儿童医院，
经化验及肌电图确诊为肌营养不良，（谷草转氨酶为900u/l，肌酸激酶39730u/l，肌酸激酶-mb为1990u/l ，乳酸脱氢酶2590u/l），在国内现在据说是没有药治疗的，不知道国外有什么好的办法？
