两年前（2021年），我有好几个不算病的毛病：1.睡觉流口水。尤其是中午午休。常常是醒来后枕头上嘴下方是湿的。2.吃饭容易呛住（食物去气管了）3.嘴唇有时候不听使唤---尤其是漱口的时候，水从嘴角流出来。4.不睡午觉的话，下午和晚上基本都是昏昏沉沉的，基本做不了啥事。那时候，由于锻炼过渡伤了膝盖和胯骨外侧（可能是bursitis。医生不确定。只是给我一套康复训练[阅读全文]
