自己做的東西好吃,這糖姜不例外,简单但麻烦.聖誕節用來做意大利PANETTONE加些落去,很是好吃,有時間的請試試做.
睇真D
大約1磅半姜
把它刮干淨,切开成1/4英寸
投入足够的水盖姜
等到水滾,加一杯糖,小火煮30分鐘,然后收火,等到明天.
次日,再煮大约30分钟,煮到沸了之后加2个柠檬和1杯玉米糖浆。小火煨30分钟,偶尔地搅动。關火又再等到明天。

甜中帶苦的橙皮味道不錯.
切果皮入1/4英寸小条
放在平底深锅和放冷水。直到水到沸腾。倾吐水。重覆两次。
组合糖和水在平底深锅和带来煮沸,烹调结束高热直到温度到达220F。加入果皮轉小火。煨到果皮透亮大约40到50分钟。从糖浆拿出果皮,
设置在机架上烘干8个小时。
果皮干了,放在糖里翻卷,然后震动剩余的糖,可以方全在空气紧的瓶子2个星期。

昨天是繁忙的一天。我做了火鸡,柿子醬,蔓越桔醬,塞蕃茄,虾黄瓜,焗甜蕃薯,蒸鱼,土豆容,世界出名的翠花排骨,青豆,抱子甘蓝,柿子醬,和南瓜焦糖奶油
我的女兒回家帮助我很多。
