俺把一生最宝贵的青春献给了科学。献到什么程度呢？没有周末没有假期，圣诞节多数都是在实验室里度过的。迷到什么程度呢？和老婆做完爱，立刻便琢磨起怎样才能解决课题遇到的难题。如果俺那时做完爱后稍微想一想投资房地产的事，现在也许已经是一个不大不小的地主了。这个投资科学值得吗？我不知道，只觉得什么博士教授都是很虚的东西。2）投资L[阅读全文]

去年用现金买了一栋房子，只有老婆的名字。现在要去掉她的名字换成我的名字，应该怎么办理手续？是不是要重新买卖？能不能只通过Title公司换一下名字就可以了？

最近买了两栋的bankowned房子，属于lowend一类，适合投资。现在一栋已经修好并出租出去，另一栋正在remodel.受本坛大师们的指教，有一点牢记心中，那就是没有正现金流的房子绝对不能买。只寄希望于增值，不考虑眼下收支状况，太危险。如果有正现金流，也就是说租金高于所有开销的总和，即使房价下跌，心里也不会发慌。在南加州很多地方不要说有正现金流，能做到收支平[阅读全文]
