昨天在Facebook Marketplace 上发了出租广告，询问的人与以前相比要少多了。刚才接连接到几个message ，以为有人联系，打开一看，是这样的内容：

打开另一个，看起来是系统Bot 账号发来的，说内容违规，要求24小时内按照link里的要求解释，否则封号：
我寻思广告里也没什么违禁的内容，就点击link准备去申述，然后被要求输入账号密码。突然就觉得有点不对，再回去查看发来信息的Bot，发现其实是一个2024年注册的用户，起名字叫Bot Acount ，晃眼一看，还以为是系统account。
用marketplace 发广告几次，第一次遇到这种情况。骗子手段越来越多，小心！

一个以前联系但没有申请的发短信说你房价降了，我马上去看附近其他出租房，发现有人把我的房子放在上面，比我的便宜$500。我马上reprot,过一会再查就没有了。照片非常模糊。不知道他们怎么用别人的房子骗钱

把我的广告连文字带图都搬去了，就是把价格便宜了些。还是一个和我联系过的房客问我为什么降价了，我才知道。
至于怎么骗钱，猜想也是要求看房前先交钱，然后消失。
