恐惧症的英文是phobia. 英文中所有的恐惧症都以phobia为后缀,用拉丁文表示。

有恐惧症的人一般会避免某些物体或者场景，遇到会非常紧张和焦虑，比一般人的害怕程度高，严重的可能影响生活。
