《宝煲家常》香干菠菜、酸辣鱼下巴

香干二块,菠菜二把,香干切小丁,菠菜水烫时,在水中滴几滴油,少加点盐,烫至略熟马上出锅冲凉沥干切小段,加入香油、盐拌勺即可,简单美味。

酸辣鱼下巴;

狮鱼下巴一付,自制泡菜、泡椒、泡蒜姜少许,将鱼下巴先用葱姜酒泡一小时,擦干油煎至金黄,起鱼留底油,入姜蒜泡菜煸香,再入鱼下巴,加水共煮至汤浓,再加半块嫩豆腐,哇,口感酸辣,汤浓味醇,痛快!
