我的世紀之爱……爱还能爱几年?《猪头肉之恋》
记得儿时家中难得会弄到个猪头,寒冬腊月的腌渍好后挂在廊下,过年时会切下一块、蒸蒸拌拌……那个味道至今难忘,后来改革开放,商品流通,小商小贩大量涌现,猪头肉也开始大行其道,那时在上海的大街小巷,常有推着小车的小贩卖熟猪头肉的,一元多一斤,现买现切,车上几多种料随君喜好……一包猪头肉,一瓶黄酒,美呀!后来随着物质生活的提高及年龄的增长己很少再吃它了,今偶见在中超有买去骨猪“脸”又激起了我儿时的馋念,我的世紀之爱……爱还能爱几年,呵呵,即买了一个,经历二天的腌制终于又体检到了过去的味道

吃时冼净入姜葱蒸20分钟即熟,待冷切片、入蒜泥、糖、辣椒、醋、酱油、香菜、香油一拌,哇!美……
