3. describe your perfect day. what activities are you doing?

• I wake up in a sunny morning and practice yoga with my soul mate at 7am. Then we eat a delicious and nutritious breakfast- hot oat meal+kimchi+organic alimond flour made scallion cake.
• We ride in a white horse and inspect our organic farm and orchard at 8am
• We visit our whole food market stores and connect with clients, employees and friends from 9-12am
• We eat grilled wile salmon with steamed asparagus at our fit for life second floor restaurant from 12-1pm
• We go to our friend indeed studio to record 7 podcasts to promote well-being such as exercise, organic diet, meditation, yoga, hiking, positive mind-set group, self-healing from 1pm-4pm
• We go to our individual home offices and enjoy our own space for online learning, reading, meditation, blogging ,spa, massage, and day dreaming from 4pm - 6 pm
• We join each other in the kitchen at 6pm and cook our favored dinner- millet porridge ,steamed whole-wheat vegetable mushroom buns, cucumber salad and spicy tofu
• We go out for a walk in our orchard and boating in our lake from 7:00-8:30 taking photos and enjoy sunset
• We practice 30 minutes taichi and 30 minutes meditation at home gym from 8:30-9:30
• We take a shower and have a 30 minutes massage
• We write our daily journal and reflect on the day
• We send out gratitude to the Creator of theUniverse and good wills to our fellow human beings
• We go to comfortable bed and have a 8 hours peaceful sleep at 11:00pm

4. why do you want to create abundance?

• Because I love beauty, freedom and power. Abundance is our birth right.

5. what will you give to the world in return for the abundance you create?

• I will give my unique talents, skills, experiences and personality with hard work, servicing spirit and good will to create an abundant life for myself and my loved ones.

6. what would you love your life to look like one year from today?

• I find my purpose of life and the desires of my heart
• I create a steady and growing income flow for my services
• I make a positive difference in my clients' life
• I enjoy my life to its full extent

• God-like creativity and free will to use it for good

• yes, I need to figure out how to make money from these activities and service the multitudes at the same time

• Manifest God's true image and radiating glory by my unique authentic expression of my love, my services and my core values

• I was made in the image of God and created in God's likeness.

16. my why statement

• I'm here to learn how to live a wonderful life to demonstrate the beautiful balance and freedom between self-reliance, self-mastery, self-efficacy , self-love and love connection with other fellow living souls
• I need to take care of my body, mind and spirit with healthy and delicous food, variety of exercises, and soul searching meditation while also sharing my talents, gifts and skills with others to make the unique contribution to people that only I can make.
• I'm inspired to get up in the morning so I can spend time to connect with God, my true self and my family in learning, practicing, servicing and sharing. I'm inspired by beautiful creations of God and people and feel grateful to live surrounded by abundant beauty. I am most happy when I lift others' heavy spirit, get works done, learn something new and useful, connected with my family and friends, respected and accepted by who I really am.
• I am driven to live big because I don't want to feel regret on my death bed, to repeat same lessons in hundreds of life cycles, to die without arise and shine. It feels good to be a leader, a creator, a powerful being in charge of my own life
• If money didn't matter, I will travel around the world to look for the best teachers to learn in depth about personal philosephy, spiritual psychology, holistic healing, mindfulness, yoga, taichi, ancient wisdom and medicine. I will read all classic great books with private and knowledgable tutors. I will write more blogs and talk more with beautiful souls honestly.
