看到不少老中丢了工作，我给点interview看法让大家参考。

很多人（老中多是此类，和语言也有关系）interview时是被动型（passive）。要在interview中取胜，进攻，主动型的interview手法很重要。要做到，不难：
１。当然自己要有料。
２。要有一颗好奇的心。
３。要有充分的准备。
４。要把interviwer和interviewee等同。不要怕败。心态要正。

进攻，主动型的interview手法，从某种程度上，也反应了你的个性。重要的是，给雇主一个进取的印像。

不是吹的，股帝在花街混时，用进攻，主动型的interview手法，是无往而不利。而每次我interview求职者时，也对有料和主动型较有好感。

被动型，令你变了被审者。

主动型，令你成为和对方平起平坐的，也会令大家更了解。对赢得对方的respect很有帮助。

进攻，主动型的interview会令时间过的飞快，interview的时间都不够用。

进攻，主动型的interview，会令你get more information about the company。 这information，会给你弹药去对付下一轮见你的老兄，让他对你刮目相看。

进攻，进攻，再进攻，这就是股帝的interview法宝。

还有，有空的话，读一读＂九型人格＂，很有用。对你的股市人生也会有启发。我当年读了English Version，爱到不得了。

It seems there is misunderstanding on my active approach. Being active is not the same as being overly aggressive on your approach. Active means, instead of acting like a sitting duck through the interview process, we should actively involved in the process, exchange ideas actively and thus, show your passion to the position for which your are applying.
Taking an active approach is not the same as being overly aggressive, this is the key. Be polite and nice when raising questions or giving out different opinions, always with a smile etc, will definitely help.
You are definitely right, over aggressive will yield negative. I never have suggested "不是一股脑的往前冲啊！".
Such kind of technique should be applicable to any industry, not limiting to WS.

金融界的情形我不知道。我想，如果您的未来老板是个冲冲往前冲的人，也许您多少也要表现一些冲的气势。如果您的老板是个比较稳定的个性，您的向前冲可能对他会引起一些不必要的戒心。面试是要看雇主的心态与当时的环境。不可千篇一律的往前冲。重要的是如何把您自己最好，最合适工作（Fitness)的那一方面表现出来。还有，最重要一点的就是对工作本身的热忱（Passion)。每个人的个性不同，找工作的性质也不同，公司的文化也不同。难就难在如何调整自己，把工作拿到手。不是一股脑的往前冲啊！
