上些吃的和去巴黎SHOPPING

白菜肉絲
材料: 白菜仔 豬肉絲 蒜頭 蠔油 蔥 豆粉水
醃料:生抽 鹽 糖 豆粉 油
先將白菜仔下滾水里煮熟,拿起瀝干水放在碟上排好.
熱鑊加入油,爆香蒜片,落肉絲炒熟,加入蠔油 蔥 豆粉水 鹽調味放在白菜仔上即成。

甜椒炒雞絲
材料: 雞絲 青紅甜椒 薑 蒜頭 蠔油 豆粉水
醃料:生抽 洒 鹽 糖 豆粉 油
把雞絲用醃料醃好,熱鑊加入油,爆香蒜片,落雞絲炒至九成熟,加入青紅甜椒,蠔油 蔥 豆粉水 鹽調味即成。

勝爪炒墨魚腳
材料: 勝爪 熟墨魚腳 鮑魚菇 蒜頭
醬汁: 蠔油 生抽 老抽 豆粉 水
熱鑊下油 把蒜炒香,下勝爪 熟墨魚腳 鮑魚菇熟,下醬汁調味炒幾下即成.

皮蛋凍豆腐

這個皮蛋凍豆腐真的很好吃,那些汁好襯,吃落口真是又香又滑.

嫩豆腐---1盒 李錦記甜豉油---適量 麻油---適量 柴魚花---適量
做法:
1. 將皮蛋切件, 備用 2. 將嫩豆腐切薄片, 備用 3. 準備一隻碟,先將嫩豆腐薄片鋪好, 再將皮蛋鋪好 4. 先淋上適量李錦記甜豉油, 再淋上適量麻油 5. 最後灑上適量柴魚花, 完成~

去了巴黎兩天,一天下雨,一天個天黑黑的又冷早上只有30F,下雨那天就去了巴黎有名的Galeries Lafayette (老彿爺百貨店)shopping, 這里什么名牌都有, 如LV Gucci Prada etc.現在我對衣服和鞋都沒有興趣了,所以行完一個圈就去了homme (男)裝部樓上去shop grocery, 今次買了很多面回來.

Galeries Lafayette是建於1893年全歐洲面積最大的百貨店,進了場,抬頭看上那半圓型彩色玻璃屋頂和歌劇院似的圍欄,真的很吸引.
