薑蔥生蠔

在Hog Island買新鮮生蠔,在那里燒了一些來吃,其它的帶回家,要一個星期吃完, 大只的就用吃的薑蔥炒,小的就生吃.
薑蔥生蠔好易做,生蠔用小小水在煲里煮到開口,拿出來,熟鑊下油,放入薑蔥炒幾下,再放生蠔,鹽,蠔汁,打個獻,試味即成.(生蠔不要煮太久)

蠔油三菇

這個蠔油三菇很好吃,以后要多做.
材料: 鮮東菇,雞腿菇,包魚菇,蒜頭, 生抽,蠔油,鹽.
把鮮菇洗淨,切開,熱鑊下油,炒香蒜頭,下三菇鹽和小小水,蓋蓋煮熟,最后下生抽,蠔油調味即成.

清蒸星班魚

這條魚蒸了八分鐘,蒸好之后下蔥,滾的熟油和生抽吃的時候骨里面還有小小生,要用微波爐蒸多1分鐘,老公不太喜歡吃,因比石班多一些骨.

水瓜炒雞柳

水瓜也是在農貿市場買的.炒廣東菜時時都是用那些材料,只不菜或肉不同.
材料:雞肉, 水瓜洗淨切片,蒜頭切碎
雞肉用鹽, 糖, 生抽, 豆粉,紹酒, 麻油,胡椒粉醃15分鐘.
水瓜洗淨,切片。
熱鑊加入油,爆香蒜片,下雞肉炒至7成熟,加入水瓜炒勻,加入鹽 生抽 糖調味煮約 5 分鐘即成。

茄子釀意粉大蜆

時時看見別人的recipe釀意粉大蜆都是用菠菜和cheese,今次試下用茄子和其它的材料釀,做了出來也很好吃!
材料:茄子, 蕃茄, 紅洋蔥, capers, 蒜頭, 鹽, 胡椒粉,橄欖油, 蜆意粉,意粉醬(沒有影出來)
把蜆意粉煮到九成熟(放小小油和鹽在水里),整干水,放在一旁,熱鑊下橄欖油,下紅洋蔥,蒜頭,炒幾下,再放其它材料,下鹽, 胡椒粉,煮到熟,試味,把茄子材料 釀入蜆意粉,放在焗盆,最后放意粉醬上面,用foil包住,放入350F焗爐,焗45分鐘即成.

茄子意醬lasagna
吃剩些意醬,就用它來做 lasagna,這樣做沒有regular的lasagna咁滯.
把攪豬肉和蒜頭炒熟,加一罐意醬即成,茄子去皮,切半吋厚,下鹽壓出水,用橄欖煎好,然后好似做lasagna咁,一層醬一層茄子,我沒有放cheese,因自己一個又吃,不想肥.這盆茄子lasagna吃了我三餐.yuck!!!第一餐很好吃,第二餐ok,第三餐就......................
