麵豉醬吃在日本店買的,硬豆腐一塊,把它切成半吋厚,煎香,放麵豉醬上面即成.麵豉醬是甜甜地的,不錯筒單方便.

材料: 冷飯,雞蛋, 火腿, 紅 黃甜椒, 紫椰菜,青蔥.鹽, 生抽.

把火腿, 紅 黃甜椒, 紫椰菜,青蔥.切粒,熱鑊下油把蛋炒好放在一旁,(如果蛋是大塊的把它切粒).再加油下熱鑊,下火腿炒几下,加飯炒到上下得的時候,把紅 黃甜椒, 紫椰菜再炒,加鹽, 生抽.I試味, 最后加蛋和蔥即成

材料: 雞大腿(有骨或冇骨).蔥

醃料:甜醬,蜜糖,生抽,芝麻, 生粉,薑切碎,五香粉,檸檬汁,檸檬皮.

把所有醃料和雞大腿放在一起,攪勻,醃過夜.把雞烤熟,煎都可以,用剩下醃雞的汁煮熟,把汁放在烤熟的雞上宜放上蔥即成.

在韓國店買了包冷凍的栗子,就用它來燜雞.

材料: 雞肉, 東菇, 雲耳, 栗子,薑, 蔥.雞湯.

醃料: 鹽,糖,生抽,豆粉,酒,油,胡椒粉,酒.

雞肉切塊,把醃料放入雞肉攪勻醃半小時,在熱煲里加油,把薑炒香,下雞肉炒到變色,加其它材料同炒,下雞湯,蓋蓋,煮到熟調味即成.

這個recipe是在marthastewart.com 那里學的,記得幾年前每天早上都在TV里看她的show,真的學了不小.我的茄子不夠長,就用了塊pie皮放在上面.

燜牛腩
材料: 牛坑腩,麵粉, 紅蘿蔔, 西芹, 蕃茄, 青豆, bay leaf, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 雞湯或雞粉.

牛腩切塊,用胡椒粉,鹽醃15分鐘,牛肉放在干面粉里, 熱鑊油把醃了面粉的牛肉四面煎香,然后下雞湯,蕃茄燜1或2小時(小火),之后放其它雜菜,再燜半或1小時,試味即成.
