材料: 日本米兩杯, 墨魚腳煮熟切粒, 薑磨碎,昆布,sake3大, mirin3大 ,生抽3大 ,小小鹽.
把全部材料放入電飯煲煮熟即成, 吃的時候放些 shiso葉在上面.老公不喜歡吃,只有煮個公仔面給他吃!

記得香港那些亞伯,每天早上都去拿住張報紙去喝早茶,他們一邊喝茶一邊看報紙,他們只叫一盅兩件,不是現在還有沒有門呢?
我用做燒買的肉一半用來做雲吞,雲吞肉加了東菇就是燒買肉了.
材料: 碎豬肉,蝦切粒, 東菇切粒,魚籽 燒買皮.

醃料: 鹽,生抽, 雞蛋,小小雞湯, 白胡椒粉, 麻油.
把醃料放入材料里攪勻,把肉放進燒買皮里包好,蒸之前放上魚籽,蒸10分鐘即成.干花茶是買的

做雲吞一定要有小小肥肉才好吃的,這里我用了一半五花腩,一半瘦肉做雲吞和燒買,recipe請看上面 (燒買).湯就是史雲生雞湯,好方便,加小小麻油和蔥在湯里就行了.

我很多時都來這里看東西的,每星期都好似有些新貨看,有時又有大減價,比日本還便宜.
