儿时的记忆--白粥油炸鬼和其它

记得小时候4 .5岁去荃湾婆婆家小住, 她每天早上带我出去吃白粥油炸鬼或白粥猪肠粉,婆婆她不吃站着等我吃完就带我回家. 记得有一次回到家,表哥在驶三轮车,我站着看他玩,点知他驶得快过头,就车到我只脚指流血,我喊婆婆就锡(pamper)番我,话表哥曳曳(bad)话要打他,而家想下,婆婆点会打表哥呀?婆婆最锡都是他!

以前煲白粥,要煲二,三小時些粥才綿,在綱上看見有個新方法,半小時就把粥煮綿了.先把泰國米洗好,然后放在冰箱一 ,二小時或過夜.I把水煲滾,放冰過的米下滾水,久不久攪下,半小時就有碗綿粥吃了.

蜆肉粥
用笑比哭好的方子把粥煮好,然后加煮好的蜆肉下粥,調味.

咸豬排骨皮蛋粥
排骨切好,用鹽醃二,三日,煲粥之前把鹽洗掉,用笑比哭好的方子把粥煮好,然后加咸豬排骨以和皮蛋再煲45分鐘,很好吃的.

材料: 芫茜, 辣椒, 蒜頭, 蕃茄去皮, 辣椒干粉,鹽
