好簡單的一道菜,蝦米和粉絲浸過,熱蝸下油和薑,再放蝦米炒幾不,然后放毛瓜,粉絲,雞湯,蓋蓋,煮大約20分鐘,下鹽調味.

超迷你雜果tart
1杯酸奶 1湯匙新鲜柠檬汁 1/4茶匙磨碎柠檬皮 1/4杯水 1/3杯糖2茶匙瓊脂粉(agar agar)
將水和糖煮開,加入agar agar, 把酸奶,柠檬汁,柠檬皮攪好,然后把糖水放進酸奶攪勻,把酸奶放在tart皮里,入雪柜大約半小時,拿出來把你喜歡吃的生果放在上面.
