豆漿 豆腐花 糍饭团 今天的早餐

前幾天吃西餐吃得多,回家之后就好想吃中國東西,昨晚浸泡了黃豆,今早就做個上海早餐,糍饭团是我第一次做,做得很好吃,真的比外面的好吃多了.除了油條之外,其它的都是自已做.

用攪拌機打好豆之后,放在煲里煮到大熟,好讓黃豆味出來.

看看沒有什么渣了,然后再把豆漿煮滾

用了一半豆漿做豆腐花,用一湯匙豆粉,半茶匙石糕粉,三湯匙水攪勻,然后大力把豆漿放入盆里,蓋蓋子,不要動它,30分鐘就成豆腐花.

包糍饭团就好似包壽司一樣,做豬肉松很容易,是一個朋友在十几年前教我的,把煮完湯的瘦肉撕開一條條,放在鑊里炒到快干,然后下魚露,再炒到干為止就成了豬肉干絲,容易做但要有奈心.

油條是冷凍的,只要放在小焗爐焗熱就好似新鮮一樣.
