老少平安 木瓜凍 鼓槌瓜湯 香甜李子 迷你雜果tart和其它

這個菜小時候時常吃的,都巳經記不起了,有一日和朋友講電話提起小時候吃的,就記起這個菜,老少平安原本只是用鯰魚肉和豆腐做的,但家里沒有鯰魚,我就用蝦,攪豬肉和豆腐做.(鯰魚不知是不是這樣寫,廣東話讀個零字)
材料: 蝦肉,攪豬肉,豆腐,鹽,生抽,豆粉,白胡椒粉,油,
把全部材料放在一起,攪勻放在碟里,蒸15分秀就可以.我是放在飯面蒸的.

這個是墨西哥木瓜,沒有味道的.所以做精菜燕的時候就下多些糖.這個也是很易做,把木瓜開邊,去籽去皮,把木瓜底切平.在一個煲里,放水,精菜燕(agar-agar)白糖,份量自己教,把它煮溶,待涼小小,然后倒在開邊木瓜里,放進雪柜幾小時,拿出來切開.需然木瓜沒味,但精菜燕夠甜,所以都好好吃.(切前去皮也可以)

鼓槌瓜湯
這個瓜也是農貿市場一個農夫送給我的,我問他怎樣吃才買,他說 for soup take 1 home try it, next week come back then you buy. I insist to give him 1 dallor, he said no no it is ok..哈這個哥哥很kind呀!!!
瓜不用去皮,把它洗干淨,切大約1/3寸厚,然后放在滾了的雞湯小火煮15分鐘,調味就可以吃.有瓜味,我喜歡吃,老公話硬,下次把皮切掉,睇下他又有什么話說!!!!

香甜李子

這個李子叫Santa Rosa plum,皮和籽部份都好酸的,每年樹上都掉到滿地都是,好在種得離屋很遠,不然就會有很多螞蟻走進家來了.今年些李子不大,這些是從樹上摘的,放在家里兩天,這時候李子熟了就很容易去皮.去皮之后吃只吃外面,就會好香甜.

上星期去行街,行完就去cake shop買了些小tart回家吃,一邊吃一邊把火,那些pie皮好似壞的.沒辦法只有在雪柜拿些cheese and crackers 來吃,這個tart ,老公說自己做的好吃多了.如要pie皮的方子 please let me know. It’s in English :).

這個pie皮我覺得容易做,不象千層皮,我做了很多次千層皮,只好一次是成功的.我現在做這個pie皮,都好好吃.

最后看看怎樣焗tart皮,那些粒粒是專用來焗tart or pie皮的,把粒粒放在皮上面,焗的時候不怕皮漲起.
