做這個菜我多數放紅蘿蔔,西芹菜,蕃茄, 土豆, 圆白菜和其它,只要自己喜歡就行.

牛尾放盐, 黑胡椒, 面粉.放油在平底锅把兩面煎熟,然后放在大锅里,放水落牛尾锅,由大火轉小火,燜三,四小時,至肉嫩.

再放菜在锅里.

火腿雞蛋炒飯
材料: 涼飯, 火腿, 蛋, 葱, 盐, 淡酱油。
铁锅在高热加一些油。夜火腿, 搅动大约20 秒, 然后放蛋和火腿一起搅拌。加入飯、盐和酱油。继续搅动5 分钟直到一切被混合。调味,放葱。很容易的炒飯

自己腌咸豬骨,水,一杯泰國香米,一杯日本米,蠔士,薑,自己曬的菜干,水滾把全部材料落,由大火轉小火煲3小時.
這個粥廣東人很喜歡吃, 小時候,媽媽經常煲的,用日本米煮粥出來很 “綿" .
