The last day for 2007, my husband and I went up north on Highway 1 to the farm called Hog Island and brought home some oysters, mussels, and clams. It was well worth the drive from San Jose to Tomales Bay even though it was 2 hours each way. Here are the pictures. If you want the information here is

Husband ordered clams chowder (he said mine is much better than theirs) he always have compliment about my cooking ..hahaa
I ordered the sardine, it was good, at least it was nice and hot.

這个姜蔥生蠔好易做,材料,,,,生蠔,姜,蔥,鹽,(豆粉,水.)mix
把蠔洗淨,鐵鍋下油,炒香姜蔥,大火下蠔,加小小鹽,然后下豆粉水,上碟.
