在trader Joe 買两磅chocolate cost 10 bucks, but I like to try to made it myself. Otherwise I will have nothing to do.
1 pound dark, bittersweet or semi-sweet high quality chocolate
1 cup heavy cream, cocoa powder.

Ingredients...dark chocolate, heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder

Chop the chocolate into small pieces (not tiny piece)

With 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

Use the heavy bottom pan. Heat the cream till almost boil, turn off the heat.

Put chocolate pieces into the cream and makes it well.

Put in a bowl, put a saran wrap on top of the chocolate and let it cool down for 1 to 2 hours.

Use a melon ball scope to make the size, put in the cocoa powder.

put truffle in the cocoa and roll it around to sharp it.

牛骨髓
Bake it in the oven at 400degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes. Poke the marrow with a knife. If it goes through, it is done, if not..then continue to bake for another 5 minutes. The bread should be toasted. Scoop out the marrow — it is fatty, rich, filling and incomparably delicious, use a narrow spoon, spread it on the toast and top with fleur de sel..hmmm

Canned snails from France, room temp butter, garlic, parsley, and shallot. makes all the ingredients together, stuffed inside half way of the snail shell, after stuffed, put more sauce outside the shell, baked at 300F until it's started to bubble, it taste good for appetizer, and easy to made.
