很久沒有做這樣的蛋了, 因為怕有沙門氏菌, 但上两星期在這里見到有人做了,所以我又再試做了.
打開來睇下,呀好似幾好
落些海鹽 我喜歡放 (Fleur de Sel)好味些

Recipt:
Put the eggs in a saucepan and add enough cold water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook the eggs for 4 minutes. Immediately drain them and put them in ice water for 5 minutes. Carefully peel the top egg shell off and serve.
