The last day for 2007, my husband and I went up north on Highway 1 to the farm called Hog Island and brought home some oysters, mussels, and clams. 我做姜蔥生蠔
這个姜蔥生蠔好易做,材料,,,,生蠔,姜,蔥,鹽,(豆粉,水.)mix
把蠔洗淨,鐵鍋下油,炒香姜蔥,大火下蠔,加小小鹽,然后下豆粉水,上碟.
