好好吃的印度蝦炒飯 紙杯蛋糕

1 lbs peeled and deveined, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp (ginger-garlic-cilantro) paste, 1/4 cups water
1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp butter, 5 cups cooked basmati rice, 4 Tbsp corn oil, 2 whole cardamom pods, slit lengthwise, 1 stick cinnamon, 2 large cloves garlic, chopped, 3 bay leaves, 1 onion, sliced thin, 1 Tbl garam masala, 1/2 tsp paprika, 3/4 cup plain yogurt, 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced.

Wash the prawns, mix with turmeric, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and Garlic, ginger, cilantro paste. Set aside to marinate. In a frying pan, heat 4 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat, and add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Stir, and add garlic, bay leaves, onions, garam masala, 1/2 tsp paprika and yogurt. Continue to cook 4-5 minutes, stir in the marinated shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes until shrimp are done, and combine mixture with the rice. Garnish with jalapeño.

to make Garlic, Ginger, cilantro paste:
1 bunch cilantro. 1 head garlic, 1 piece ginger. Put it in the blender, blend them together till it become a paste. The left over you can put it in the freezer for next time use.

誰會做威風蛋糕,就今做這個紙包蛋糕,材料: 1 cup cake flour, 1 cup sugar, 8 eggs, 1/2 ts salt, 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder.
1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup pineapple juice or milk.
