大过年的，闲着也是闲着

出去溜一圈，interview了一个位置，感受一下工作市场的冷暖。

出发前，牵线的agent给我上了一堂培训课，我把精华部分拿出来晒晒：

interview牌理分析

- since they call you for onsite, they thought you can do the job;

- so you got to show them you want to do the job;

- and you are able to do the job.

FAB principle, 3 things you need to show them:

- Feature: your experience, your skills, attitude, image etc,

- Achievement: you've done things great in the past

- Benefit: what you can bring to their business

这些内容，以前开会都讨论过，他这么系统化一整理，更加清晰和有条理。

有工作的时候出去interview，就当散散心，热热身，不计较得失，也是挺有意思的事。
