糖姜

自己做的東西好吃,這糖姜不例外,简单但麻烦.聖誕節用來做意大利PANETTONE加些落去,很是好吃,有時間的請試試做.

把它刮干淨, 切开成1/4 英寸

投入足够的水盖姜

等到水滾,加一杯糖,小火煮30分鐘,然后收火,等到明天.

次日, 再煮 大约30 分钟, 煮到沸了之后加2 个柠檬和1 杯玉米糖浆。小火煨30 分钟, 偶尔地搅动。關火又再等到明天。

第3 天, 再小火煮沸和加1 个杯子糖煮大约30 分钟.收火

第4 天, 再把姜用小火煮到沸腾, 关火, 姜将成为透明.

把姜一片片放在盘子上并且让它凉干, (我把姜放在外面让它涼干在太阳之下3 天.然后把姜放在砂糖里.再放在玻璃里, 它能保全1 年。这是我的第2 次尝试做的糖姜。
