印度同事说Chaat是大豆做的,有点像豆腐。 但是餐馆的菜单把Chaat直接叫印度的农夫芝士(Indian Cottage Cheese)。

我不吃素,也不习惯很浓的香料味道。
这家餐馆却让我对印度餐刮目相看。
干净、整洁,服务不错,价钱合理,还挺可口…
我的中国胃完全可以接受…

刚出炉时饼脆脆的,就着上面的蔬菜粒很好吃…
等过久了,蔬菜里溢出的液体打湿了饼,口感就逊色很多…
