simple day 1

It is a simply ordinary day. Worked hard. Had a full day of home visits. Got really tired. Wonder if there are people who would always wake up and say: “Great. I’ve got this wonderful job. I can’t wait to start the new day.” Well, I’m basically quite satisfied with what I’m doing. Somewhat deviated from “my dream of work”, but at least I am “touching” people’s life all the time. I am facing and communicating with people all the time, although they are truly among people of the lowest level in this heretical society. I gradually learned to separate my work and my life. You got exhausted, frustrated, freaked out, pissed off, and you may not get a sincere “thank you” as a payoff in an entire day. Then forget it when you are off. Enjoy yourself. Work is work after all. Hey, you got your pills paid, and you ARE getting closer to what you eventually want to achieve, right? Now I am “reminding who I am”. And I watched Apprentice. I’m trying to cut down the time I spend watching TV. What a good escape though. When you get so exhaustive from 8 hours of work and over an hour driving, there is no nicer thing to just relax in a comfy couch and just passively receiving the info flushing out from the screen. There are still some good or interesting shows that I may stick with for a while, such as the Apprentice. Now I often recall Martha imitating Trump’s “you are fired” gesture: point to the person with all fingers and have this “cut” wave in the air. That was a good one, whenever I think of her doing that. Before I turned off the TV, the Primetime was talking about Prince Harry. The host mentioned a interesting English tradition to have young people spend a GAP YEAR in traveling, exploring, and doing whatever they want to do between high school and college. That sounds really nice. I feel a lot of us are just running and running, from this goal to the next. We are too tightened up. We rarely take our pace, and take out a part of lifetime to get out the routines, the already-set track to truly spend with your SELF and to explore yourself and the world around. It is amazing to see how fast people are adding me as good friends here. How many people are checking out this place all the time? A friend told me her “games” in maintaining in the top 10 popular female member in this place. I guess one day someone can publish a book on “the Tricks to be the Most Popular in the Unknown Friends”. I used to checked the most updated pictures on the home page for a while. Then I started to notice some same pics. So my conclusion is that these people are just keep taking off and uploading their pictures to get shown in the home page. Hmm, that’ll work--- you gotta stay in the home page to attract more attention. Another thing I learned is that diaries seem to also play a role in attracting people, in addition to pictures. I appreciate you guys showing interest. Instead of being a symbol in my friend list, check back if you truly expect communication, or even friendship. I do not plan to reveal contact info before I really start to get something going here. I felt pretty good to read someone’s comment that I have the potential to write good diaries. Then he wrote, can you tell me the ID of the friend you mentioned in your journey. Well, thanks for paying attention!! It seems that I have a potential with advertising, too, huh ;-P Did not mean to write my journals in English. I have passion with my own native language, but it just turns out easier to write in English now. Anyway, I had my “homework” done today .
