                  看 如 今
                           关 山 依 在

峰 回 路 转
         几 多 弯
                  驾 飞 车
                           直 上 云 端

上 攀 下 奔
         几 多 程
                  登 高 峰
                           岂 图 捷 径

任 重 道 远
         重 重 山
                  放 眼 量
                          大 地 卷 巨 澜

VISITING THE GREAT WALL ＯＦ ＣＨＩＮＡ

Look up there! The WALL erected
thousands of years ago
is standing still, intact
watching blizzards come and go

Through hills after hills after hills
at top speed the train is running
For all the twists it has to make
toward the clouds we are soaring

Atop the WALL at last we are
going from one peak to another
and another ... till we find
a view most spectacular

Now behold! What an ocean
of mountain tops like waves swelling
A miniature of the "Middle Land"
Just awake, and surging ...
